Jason Masters is a chairman and non-executive director with over 10 years of non-executive experience gained through serving on the board of approximately 20 government, private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
His primary Non-Executive Director expertise is in the areas of governance, audit, risk, finance and technology. Jason’s current board roles include a Financial Institution, a NSW Government Health Body, 2 subsidiaries of US BioPharma start ups, a Not For Profit connected with Corporate Giving Program technologies and his own family company. He also is the Chairman or Independent member for Audit and Risk Committees for a NSW Government Agency, 3 Local Governments and a Community Housing Company.
His consulting work is primarily around Probity and Technology Governance across multiple sectors including:

Jason is a frequent local and international speaker on technology governance, corporate governance, internal audit, procurement and probity. He is a Fellow Member, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Certified Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Certified in Risk Management Assurance, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT, a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Professional and Senior Member of the Australian Computer Society.
