In this course, you will become familiar with factors that contribute to vulnerability, how to recognise potential vulnerability, and learn a range of best practice approaches to responding to a donor who may be experiencing vulnerability.

You will explore ways to manage vulnerability so that you can raise and manage a donor’s gift in ethical and accountable ways.

There will be discussion around tools and techniques to managing vulnerability that will assist your organisation and cause through transparent and ethical behaviour.
