Managing Vulnerability

In this course, you will become familiar with factors that contribute to vulnerability, how to recognise potential vulnerability, and learn a range of best-practice approaches to responding to a donor who may be experiencing vulnerability.

You will explore ways to manage vulnerability so that you can raise and manage a donor’s gift in ethical and transparent ways.

In this engaging workshop, students will be provided with a learner guide to help understand the key learning concepts, take notes and answer questions in order to effectively understand, respond to and manage vulnerability.
