Managing Vulnerability

In this course, you will become familiar with factors that contribute to vulnerability, how to recognise potential vulnerability, and learn a range of best practice approaches to responding to a donor who may be experiencing vulnerability.

You will explore ways to manage vulnerability so that you can raise and manage a donor’s gift in ethical and accountable ways.

There will be discussion around tools and techniques to managing vulnerability that will assist your organisation and cause through transparent and ethical behaviour.

In this engaging workshop students will be provided with a learner guide to take understand the key learning concepts, take notes and answer questions.
