How to make a complaint

A Complaint must be in writing and addressed to the Code Administrator with supporting material and should:

  1. state the nature of the conduct in question;
  2. state the provision of the Code alleged to have been breached and the reasons for asserting a Breach has occurred; and
  3. provide evidence to support the claim of Code breach.
