Culture, Skills and Structure matter: practical tips on how to maximise your Fundraising programs

Course Overview

As budgets are tightened and fundraising gets harder, the importance of having the right Culture, Skills and Structure is critical. This session is for managers and team leaders who are looking to make improvements (big or small) in these three key areas that are fundamental to enabling fundraising success. This workshop will provide tips that can be practically applied.

Culture, Skills and Structure matter. They represent three of the key pillars that enable us to run successful fundraising programs.
