Building Data Frameworks for Fundraising Success 

Course Overview

The creation of an effective data management framework is essential for organisations who now rely on data as their primary asset for fundraising and creating insight to help improve operations.  

Poor quality data and lack of proper governance can create result in poor outcomes and increase risk. The need to comply with legislation to ensure data can be used by the organisation while protecting the organisation from risk is an organisational-wide requirement. 

This course aims to help those responsible for managing data, understand the fundamental components of a Framework for managing data so as to be able to build a plan that can be understood and implemented by the whole organisation. 


Learning Outcomes  

By the end of the session, you will: 
Understand the key components of a data management framework. 

Be able to create a data management plan that can be understood by the entire organisation. 

Be able to identify areas of key risk to the organisation.
