FIA Code 4. Conduct towards donors. This masterclass will include strategies and examples of donor experience and ways to communicate with them to retain them and keep them happy and loyal.
Full participation in Finding and Keeping Regular Givers is applicable for up to (TBA) continuing education points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
