QLD Schedule

QLD– How to truly understand your donors and why they give

How well do you really know your donors? Do you know why they give to your organisation and what it means to them?

Join us with coffee in hand at this enlightening session where you’ll hear from the Fundraising and Marketing teams at RSCPA Queensland about how they embarked on a challenging but worthwhile exercise to truly understand their donors through psychology.

You’ll hear how they explored the moral identity of their donors and how they completely changed the way they spoke to their audiences about the cause (with great results)! You’ll hear from both the Fundraising and the Marketing team and how they worked together the reshape their communications to better reflect what their donors really wanted to hear. Emma and Sonya will be sharing some of their key learnings from their theoretical learning from the Institute of Sustainable Fundraising and how they implemented these learnings at RSPCA Queensland.

With two speakers from both the Marketing and Fundraising sides of the organisation, this is an ideal breakfast to bring along both sides of your team as they explore how they broke down internal silos, putting their donors and their needs first.

We’re excited to now be hosting this event online so it is open to all attendees. The webinar will be recorded so even if you cannot attend at the time, if you register you will be sent a copy of the recording.

QLD– Play a bigger game- How to identify, attract and retain great Corporate Partnerships

Does your organisation want to fund its mission more effectively by playing a bigger game in the corporate partnerships space?

The Brisbane Broncos are regarded as one of the most successful sporting organisations in Australia. Beyond the Club’s “on-field” premiership victories, their commercial success is equally impressive. The Broncos ability to identify, attract and retain Corporate sponsors and partners is without peer.

So how do the Broncos find and keep their corporate partners and sponsors?

Dan Glass, Executive Manager of Commercial Partnerships & Sales at the Brisbane Broncos will take you into the Broncos ‘Partnerships Locker Room.’ During this exclusive professional development breakfast, Dan will share transferable insights and ideas that fundraisers can embed into your organisation’s corporate partnerships program and take it to the next level.
