Course Overview

Embark on an exhilarating journey into the world of Google Analytics, whether you’re a digital fundraising novice or have a little more experience and are ready to revolutionise your not-for-profit’s online prowess. Learn how to track online fundraising and marketing effectively, offering a framework for interpreting data and answering pertinent questions. The workshop will introduce some of the more useful reports in GA4 and provide examples of using the data to answer common questions. By the end of this session, you’ll be equipped to navigate GA4, use relevant reports, and confidently create your own reports and dashboards for your nonprofit fundraising and marketing needs.
