Course Overview

Video is a wonderful medium that can help people to understand, engage with and support your mission. The aim of this course is to develop your knowledge and understanding of video marketing strategy and give you the tools to develop your organisation’s own video strategy

In this half-day course, you will gain an understanding of video and digital marketing trends, patterns, and strategy. You will learn to make key decisions regarding your organisation’s video communication strategy, from differentiating between animation and video to digital platform optimisation.

Meet the presenter

Will Cordukes has over 20 years’ experience as a marketing and communications specialist and content producer. Will started research and strategy agency Buzz, in 2001. At Buzz he helped clients such as CBA, Woolworths, Canon and Lion Nathan align their communications to better connect with their audiences. This passion for communications led him to establish production company Laundry Lane in 2010. He has scripted, produced and directed numerous successful video projects and campaigns for large blue chip companies, government organisations and NFPs. As well as skills in communications and strategy, Will understands how to get the most out of an interview, and has developed skills to elicit natural, passionate and honest responses from interview subjects.

Full participation in Optimising Fundraising Video Communication and Marketing is applicable for up to 3.0 continuing education points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
