Perpetual FIA Scholarships
Aimed at building capacity and capability in the fundraising sector.
Perpetual shares FIA’s vision for a greater impact for a better world through best-practice fundraising. They understand that ongoing professional education and training are critical to ensuring the improvement and success of fundraising, so they have partnered with FIA as the peak body for fundraising in Australia to provide these valuable scholarships.
FIA is delighted to announce a major funding boost from Perpetual to further build capacity and capability in the fundraising sector. In 2023, Perpetual invested in the provision of scholarships for professional fundraisers; in 2024 they’ve doubled their contribution, understanding the significant need for investment in fundraising, particularly in the current tough economic climate.
This year, there are 16 scholarships available:
- 8 Certificate in Professional Fundraising scholarships for early-career fundraisers
- 8 Diploma in Professional Fundraising scholarships for fundraising managers or aspirational managers with a minimum of 3 years’ full-time fundraising experience
Scholarships are open to both FIA members and non-members, with up to 4 FIA Professional Memberships available to non-member recipients.
