Donor engagement is becoming the next big thing in Fundraising due to declining second gift rates; conversions into regular giving and overall donor retention rates. This session is designed to develop your donor engagement program.
This course is designed to equip participants with an understanding on how to build a best practice donor engagement program for any type of fundraising program.
Participants will also have an opportunity to review their existing stakeholder mapping processes whilst build a new one relative to their organisation.
Specifically, it will provide participants with the tools and skills to learn about the market landscape, understand their organisations core value propositions, audit their existing stakeholder journey’s and ultimately build a new or optimise an existing donor engagement program.
