Part II Advanced Management of Outsourced F2F Fundraising – Advanced ***Part II has been postponed
Acquiring donors via F2F is an expensive undertaking for any charity. When it is well managed the potential rewards make the investment more than worthwhile, however, there are many pitfalls along the way and there is no instruction manual on how to avoid them. Until now. In this course, you will learn the origins of F2F as a channel, why and how it began, and how it has developed to it’s current state. You will be taught the Agency Investment Strategy which includes the tools you use to calculate how your budget matches your organisation’s donor acquisition and retention aspirations. You will be taught how to create and follow simple strategies, and also how to relate those strategies to your senior management and the board. We will discuss the merits of tactics such as frontloading, backloading, multiple suppliers, and how to ensure you have a choice of suppliers to choose from. Following on from that there will be a workshop on contracts and how to check yours is fit for purpose.
