Part I Successfully Managing Outsourced F2F Fundraising – Basics – October 2022
Part II Advanced Management of Outsourced F2F Fundraising – Advanced
Part II has been postponed***
Many charities have an established F2F programme that is doing okay. But as F2F represents such a large investment for many charities how is it that the channel is often overlooked for peak professional training and development? This course begins to address that long-standing state and provides an opportunity for experienced practitioners to take things to the next level. This course will challenge the status quo within your programme by scrutinising each part of the acquisition process and asking, “how can this be done to maximise ROI?”. From contracts to compliance, collateral to closing. From product training to a pipeline of innovations for the future, at the end of this course you will have a re-invigorated channel and a road map for its future success.
Who is this course for?
Charity staff who manage or support their charities f2F channel and have between 18 months and 3 years’ experience, or fundraisers managers who are considering re-starting a F2F programme but need confidence, encouragement and re-inspiring.
By the end of the day you will:
- Know the key aspects for donor facing collateral
- Understand the need for complementary fundraisers collateral
- Be able to apply principles that will inspire your fundraisers performance and loyalty
- Have an exciting plan for the future of F2F within your charity
