Safeguarding Donor Privacy and Data

A snapshot of course details. Location is open nationally online and face-to-face in NSW and Victoria. The mode is tutor-led online or face-to-face. The duration is two half days or one full day. The course level is intermediate and the dates are in May, July and October.

Course Overview

In this course, you will learn about the role of data in your organisation and understand how regulation governs personal data that may be used. Through a combination of presentations, case studies and class discussions, you will explore how privacy relates to business risk in the donor journey. You will also cover how your organisation can anticipate and be adaptable for future change.

A table of course prices. The face-to-face format is $520 for members and $695 for non-members. The tutor-led online course is $490 for members and $590 for non-members.

Full participation in Safeguarding Donor Privacy and Data is applicable for up to 7.5 continuing education points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
