Code Monitor Tender Proposal

The FIA Code is a self-regulatory code of conduct for fundraising in Australia. It aims to raise standards of conduct across the sector by going beyond the requirements of government regulation. The Code commits Members to high standards of ethical conduct. Adherence to the Code is a requirement of FIA membership.

FIA’s Code Authority is responsible for monitoring members’ compliance with the Code. However, the day to day activities of Code compliance monitoring will be undertaken by a contracted, independent agent who reports regularly to the Code Authority.

Twice a year, in conjunction with major fundraising campaigns at Christmas and EOFY, FIA would like to monitor a group of members on their compliance with some aspect of the Code identified by the Code Authority using mystery shopping. View the Code Monitor Tender in full here.
